Competition Rules

1. Overview

No Jokers Black Jack is a free-to-play, skill-based competitive card game available on iOS and Android. The game runs seasonal leaderboard competitions in which the highest-ranked players at the close of each season receive a share of the Community Prize Pool.

There are four seasons per year, each running for a defined period published in advance. This document sets out the rules that govern eligibility, entry, ranking, prizes, and conduct for all seasonal competitions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to receive a cash prize, a participant must:

• Hold a registered No Jokers Black Jack account in good standing;
• Be 18 years of age or older at the time a prize is claimed;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of L'Extase Ltd or any associated company;
• Reside in a jurisdiction where receiving such a prize is lawful.

The competition is void where prohibited by applicable law. L'Extase Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to decline a prize where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Age Restrictions

No Jokers Black Jack is available to players of all ages in accordance with app store age ratings. However, only players aged 18 years or older are eligible to receive a cash prize.

Before any prize payment is made, winners are required to complete identity and age verification. Age verification may include the submission of a valid government-issued identity document. A prize will not be paid to any person who cannot confirm they are 18 or over at the time of the claim.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to create an account, play ranked matches, earn leaderboard points, or compete for prizes. All competitive features of No Jokers Black Jack are available entirely free of charge.

Optional in-app purchases are available and are cosmetic only. In-app purchases provide access to room skins, cosmetic upgrades, and visual enhancements. They do not and cannot affect ranked match outcomes, leaderboard position, ranking points, or any aspect of competitive performance.

Players cannot purchase ranking points, wins, competitive advantages, or any element that influences their standing in a seasonal competition. Skill and strategy are the sole determinants of competitive success.

5. Seasons and Competition Periods

The competitive year is divided into four seasons. Each season runs for a defined and published period. Season start and end dates are announced in the app and on the official website ahead of each season.

Only ranked matches completed within a season's active period count toward that season's leaderboard. Points earned in one season do not carry forward to the next. Each season begins with all leaderboard positions reset.

L'Extase Ltd reserves the right to adjust season durations, start dates, or end dates where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated in advance.

6. How It Works

Players compete in ranked matches against other players within the No Jokers Black Jack platform. Performance in ranked matches contributes to each player's leaderboard position for the current season.

A player's leaderboard standing reflects their skill and competitive performance accumulated across all ranked matches played during the season. Rankings are updated on a rolling basis throughout the season.

At the close of each season, the final leaderboard is frozen. The highest-ranked eligible players are identified and prizes are awarded in accordance with the prize structure published for that season.

7. Skill-Based Competition

No Jokers Black Jack is a competitive card game in which success depends on skill, strategy, judgement, and decision-making. Outcomes are determined by the quality of play, not by chance or randomness.

Leaderboard standing reflects sustained competitive performance across many ranked matches over an entire season. No single hand or match is determinative. Consistent skilled play is required to achieve and maintain a high ranking.

This competition is a competition of skill. It is not gambling, betting, wagering, or a game of chance. No Jokers Black Jack is not a gambling product and is not regulated as one.

8. Ranking Methodology

Leaderboard rankings are calculated from ranked match performance using the platform's proprietary ranking system. The system is designed to reward consistent, skilled play across a large number of matches over the course of a season.

The full details of the ranking methodology for each season — including point values, match types that count, and any applicable modifiers — are published at the start of each season within the app and on the official website.

9. Prizes

The prize structure for each season is displayed on the official website and within the app. Prize amounts may vary by season. The Season One prize structure is as follows:

• 1st Place — £1,000
• 2nd Place — £500
• 3rd Place — £250

Prizes are funded by the Community Prize Pool, which is supported by platform revenue including advertising, optional in-app purchases, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. The size and structure of the prize pool may vary between seasons.

Prizes are denominated in Pounds Sterling (GBP). International winners will receive payment in GBP or the equivalent in their local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment, at L'Extase Ltd's reasonable discretion.

10. Winner Selection

Winners are the highest-ranked eligible players on the final leaderboard at the close of each season. Rankings are determined by the platform's ranking system as described in these rules.

Potential winners will be notified via the contact details registered to their account within a reasonable period following the end of each season. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.

11. Tie-Break

In the event that two or more players share the same leaderboard position at the close of a season, ties will be resolved by a defined tie-break metric, which may include total ranked matches played, highest single-match score, or another objective criterion determined at the platform's reasonable discretion.

The tie-break methodology applicable to each season will be published at the start of that season.

12. Disqualification

L'Extase Ltd reserves the right to investigate any account or player conduct it reasonably believes may undermine the integrity of the competition. Actions that may result in disqualification include, but are not limited to:

• Operating multiple accounts to gain competitive advantage;
• Sharing an account with another person;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate rankings or outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics;
• Match fixing or artificial result manipulation;
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts;
• Any other conduct reasonably considered to undermine competitive integrity.

L'Extase Ltd has the sole discretion to review player activity, remove ranking points, void results, disqualify participants, and withhold prizes pending or following investigation. Disqualification decisions are final.

13. Prize Payment

Before a prize is paid, winners must complete identity verification and age verification to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria set out in these rules. This may include providing a valid government-issued identity document.

Prizes will be paid by an agreed method within a reasonable period following the completion of verification. L'Extase Ltd will make reasonable efforts to contact winners and process payments promptly.

Prizes that are unclaimed, or where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period, may be forfeited at L'Extase Ltd's discretion.

14. Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their prize in their jurisdiction. L'Extase Ltd does not provide tax advice and makes no representation as to the tax treatment of prizes. Winners should seek independent advice if required.

15. Platform Decision Rights

L'Extase Ltd's decisions on all matters relating to the competition — including eligibility, leaderboard rankings, prize awards, disqualification, and the interpretation of these rules — are final and binding.

L'Extase Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the seasonal competition structure at any time where it is reasonably necessary to do so — for example, due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. Material changes to prize structures or competition periods will be communicated with reasonable notice.
