How does the in-game economy work?

Coins are earned through normal gameplay — win rounds, complete challenges, and progress through the game to accumulate them. Gems are a premium currency available via in-app purchase. Both currencies can be used to unlock room skins, card backs, and other cosmetic content within the Game.

I was charged for an in-app purchase but did not receive the items. What should I do?

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. If you were charged but did not receive the purchased content, please first try restarting the Game. If the issue persists, contact us at support@nojokers.co.uk with your Apple Order ID and we will investigate. For refund requests, please use Apple’s official “Request a Refund” process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I request deletion of my account and data?

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.
