1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using No Jokers Black Jack (“the Game”, “the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game. These Terms apply to all users of the Game.
These Terms are entered into between you and MLR (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of No Jokers Black Jack.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Game.
3. Licence to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game;
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Game;
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the Game.
4. Virtual Currency and Items
The Game includes a virtual in-game economy involving Coins and Gems (“Virtual Currency”). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value;
- Virtual Currency is not redeemable for cash, goods, or any other real-world item of value;
- Virtual Currency does not constitute your personal property and cannot be transferred between accounts;
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Currency or in-game items at any time without liability to you;
- The Game does not involve gambling or real-money wagering of any kind.
5. User Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Game to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks;
- Use cheats, automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game;
- Exploit any bugs or errors in the Game;
- Engage in conduct that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, sounds, music, code, user interfaces, and design (“Content”), is owned by MLR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MLR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or the Game shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the Game and Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Game, add or remove features, and update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the licence granted to you ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
