1. About the Service
No Jokers Black Jack is a free-to-play, skill-based competitive card game developed and operated by L'Extase Ltd, Company No. 12431763, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "L'Extase Ltd").
By downloading, installing, or using No Jokers Black Jack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the game or this website.
These terms apply to your use of the No Jokers Black Jack mobile application, this website at nojokers.co.uk, and any associated services. 2. Accounts
To access competitive features and certain parts of the game, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your account, create multiple accounts for competitive advantage, or use another person's account. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban, as further described in the Competition Rules.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Competition Rules, or applicable law.
3. Free to Play and Optional In-App Purchases
No Jokers Black Jack is free to download and play. You can play ranked matches, earn leaderboard points, and participate in all seasonal competitions entirely free of charge. No purchase is required at any point to compete.
We offer optional in-app purchases of virtual currencies (coins and gems) and cosmetic items. These are optional and exist to support the game and its prize pool. All in-app purchases are cosmetic only and are never required to play or compete.
4. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases
4.1 Coins are an in-game currency earned through gameplay. Coins have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are not redeemable for real money or any real-world value under any circumstances.
4.2 Gems are a premium virtual currency available for purchase through optional in-app purchases. Gems have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are not redeemable for real money or any real-world value under any circumstances.
4.3 All in-app purchases are made through the Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android) under those platforms' own terms and conditions. L'Extase Ltd does not process payment card details directly. Refund requests for in-app purchases made through the App Store or Google Play must be made to Apple or Google respectively in accordance with their refund policies.
4.4 Virtual currency purchases may not be refunded except as required by applicable law. Once virtual currency is consumed within the game, it cannot be returned.
4.5 In-app purchases provide access to cosmetic content only. They do not and cannot provide any competitive advantage, affect ranked match outcomes, increase leaderboard points, or influence Season standings in any way. Skill is the sole determinant of competitive performance.
5. Seasonal Competitions and Prizes
No Jokers Black Jack runs seasonal leaderboard competitions in which the highest-ranked eligible players receive a share of the Community Prize Pool. Competitions are governed by the Competition Rules, which form part of these terms and are incorporated by reference.
No purchase is required to enter, participate in, or compete for prizes in any seasonal competition. All competitive features are available free of charge. Please read the Competition Rules in full before participating.
No Jokers Black Jack seasonal competitions are skill-based competitions and are not a form of gambling, lottery, or game of chance.
6. Skill-Based Competition — Not Gambling
No Jokers Black Jack is a competitive card game of skill and strategy. Success in the game and in seasonal competitions is determined by the quality of a player's decisions, strategy, and skill applied across many matches, not by randomness or chance.
No Jokers Black Jack is not a gambling product, a lottery, a betting service, or a game of chance. No money is wagered, staked, or put at risk in the course of playing. In-app purchases are for cosmetic content only and carry no competitive risk or return.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use No Jokers Black Jack only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You must not:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation software or bots;
- Manipulate matches, rankings, or leaderboard outcomes;
- Create multiple accounts to gain competitive advantage;
- Share your account with others or use another person's account;
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other players;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app;
- Interfere with the app's servers, networks, or infrastructure;
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Violation of these rules may result in the removal of ranking points, disqualification from competitions, suspension, or permanent account termination, with or without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, assets, artwork, branding, and materials in No Jokers Black Jack — including but not limited to game code, visual design, audio, room artwork, card designs, the No Jokers Black Jack name, and all associated trademarks — are owned by or licensed to L'Extase Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use No Jokers Black Jack for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the game or its content without our prior written consent.
App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. These parties are not sponsors or co-operators of No Jokers Black Jack.
9. User Content
If you submit any content to the service (such as a username or profile content), you grant L'Extase Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. Disclaimers
No Jokers Black Jack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, L'Extase Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
In-game items, virtual currencies, leaderboard data, and seasonal records may be altered, reset, or removed in connection with updates, maintenance, or changes to the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, L'Extase Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of No Jokers Black Jack, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Virtual currency and in-game items associated with a terminated account will be forfeited, except where refund is required by applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@nojokers.co.uk.
13. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update No Jokers Black Jack, add or remove features, and amend these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of No Jokers Black Jack will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively.
